I work with adults—especially women and neurodivergent individuals—who are navigating ADHD, burnout, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation. Whether you’re dealing with chronic overwhelm, emotional reactivity, difficulty focusing, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you understand what’s actually going on beneath the surface.
My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in nervous system awareness. Together, we’ll work to reduce overwhelm, build sustainable coping strategies, and help you feel more regulated, clear, and like yourself again.
