  • We offer telehealth therapy for adults across Ohio, so you can attend session from the comfort of your own home. Virtual therapy is secure, convenient and just as effective as in-person care for many clients.

    Additionally, we have availability for in-person sessions on-site at our listed location within the Endocrinology Associates, Inc. building in Columbus. Please see the directions tab for more information on this location.

  • Our work is grounded in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, and mindfulness - while staying flexible to what works for each individual.

    We take a feminist-informed, Health at Every Size® (HEAS)- aligned, trauma-informed approach, recognizing the impact of systemic pressures, identity, and lived experiences on mental health. Our services are rooted in an intersectional lens, meaning that all parts of your identity are welcomed, respected, and considered in our work together.

  • That is completely okay. Many clients are new to therapy.

    You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. We’ll move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you.

    This is a space where we can explore not just coping, but understanding yourself more deeply and building a life that feels sustainable and aligned.

  • Many of our clients are navigating ADHD (including late diagnosis, and executive dysfunction), anxiety or chronic overwhelm, burnout or stress, navigating life transitions, or even coping with chronic illness.

    Most folks are high-functioning but internally exhausted, overstimulated, or struggling to keep up.

  • ADHD therapy goes beyond just “trying harder” or using basic productivity tips. We can focus on executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, reducing shame or self-criticism, and creating realistic systems that actually work with your brain.

  • It often looks like constant exhaustion, feeling overwhelmed or behind, a loss of motivation or focus, or increased irritability and emotional sensitivity. People-pleasing can increase these feelings.

    It isn’t a personal failure, but often a sign that your nervous system has been under prolonged stress. Therapy can help you recover in a sustainable way.

  • We recognize that systemic and financial barriers impact access to mental health care. While we are private pay practice (and do not accept insurance or provide superbills), we aim to be transparent about fees so you can make an informed decision about what feels sustainable to you.

    If we are not the right financial fit, we are happy to help point you toward other resources and providers that accept many of the large insurance carriers.

    At Apricity, a card is securely kept on file, and payment is processed at the time of each session.

    We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can connect, answer any questions, and make sure this feels like a good fit before getting started.

    Our current rates are:

    $180 for the initial intake assessment session (60 min).

    $150 for ongoing (53 min) individual sessions.
